Merrill has over 35 years of experience in project and design firm management. In 2013, he was elected to the Vice President/Treasurer position by the Board of Directors. He also serves as a Practice Leader for MCA’s Private Enterprise and Federal Government sectors.
In addition to his management of MCA’s short and long range financial planning, Merrill is also responsible for the implementation of MCA’s Quality Control systems.
Merrill’s professional background includes a diverse range of projects with particular emphasis on projects requiring phased construction to accommodate occupied facilities. Merrill’s diverse portfolio and extensive experience are instrumental in his ability to develop creative design solutions to address each client’s needs.
His strong organization and team management skills, coupled with his extensive knowledge of codes and experience in all phases of project development, contribute to the success of each project. From program analysis through construction, Merrill is skilled at managing project design teams, and he has developed long-term relationships with many clients lasting over the course of multiple projects.
