Michelle excels in coordinating all aspects of a complex design and construction process for a variety of clients, especially those experiencing ongoing growth and reorganization. She joined Marshall Craft Associates in 1986 and has served as Principal and Board Member since 2001. She was elected Vice President/Corporate Secretary by the Board of Directors in 2013.
Michelle manages projects across all market sectors, planning, programming, organizing, communicating, and monitoring the large volume of information generated by complex projects. Her management abilities also extend to large teams that represent a wide variety of stakeholders. Through clear and consistent communication, she keeps their efforts on track to meet aggressive milestones. Ms. Hooper also applies her extensive skill set to the daily operations and management of MCA, including human resources, project staffing, and project performance.
In addition to large-team management, Michelle also successfully manages multi-year, multi-project relationships. Because of her experience and professionalism, clients rely on her problem-solving skills for individual design projects as well as post-construction and relocation services.

Michelle loves yoga. She started about five years ago, and claims it to be her “lifeline to sanity”. She tries to go four days a week and has even wondered about becoming a yoga teacher in retirement.
