A Healthcare Studio Lead, Frank possesses extensive experience and knowledge in the design of specialty healthcare facilities, both in the outpatient and inpatient environments.

A consummate healthcare architect with a strong focus on life safety compliance, Frank primarily serves regional health systems, including Johns Hopkins Medicine, the University of Maryland Medical System, Community Health Systems, AdventHealth, LifeBridge Health, Bon Secours, Mercy Health, and HCA Healthcare. Frank’s projects span the Mid-Atlantic and Southern regions, including Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Tennessee, Florida, and Texas.

Frank has completed over 10 emergency department and freestanding emergency department projects, several imaging department renovations, numerous patient unit renovations, and facility planning projects. He has also conducted life safety assessments and surveys for more than 50 hospitals across the continental United States.
