We seek to be continuously informed by the latest sustainable design thinking and building innovations, engage owners early in the design process on how sustainability principles could be applied to their projects, and work with our design partners to apply them to generate the most impactful outcome. 

    Marshall Craft is a signatory of the AIA 2030 Commitment with targets to improve building energy efficiency, conserve natural resources, and reduce carbon footprints in new buildings and renovations.

    Marshall Craft also contributes to the vibrancy, health, and sustainability of our local communities through proactive allyship and involvement. We participate in activities to help strengthen local communities, engage in community conversations, and contribute our time and resources.

  • Marshall Craft strives to advance the design industry and champion the positive impact it has on our communities. We accomplish this through participation and leadership in many professional organizations, mentoring design students, speaking at conferences, and engaging in professional discourse. 

    Today, 97 percent of Marshall Craft’s projects are commissioned by repeat clients, many with long-standing relationships. We attribute this success to our commitment to extraordinary responsiveness and the high-quality work we deliver consistently and cost-effectively. In over 38 years of practice, and construction values in the billions of dollars, Marshall Craft has never had a professional liability claim filed against the firm.
