Hampstead Hill Academy

Master Plan

Hampstead Hill Academy (HHA), located in Baltimore City, is a tuition-free PreK-8th grade charter school that provides a liberal arts education to students in HHA’s attendance area. The school occupies a city block and was at capacity. HHA wished to maximize its growth for the short and long term. Its short-term goals included a minimum of six new classrooms, and its long-term goal was to achieve growth and support a high school program. Marshall Craft’s proposed master plan provided the necessary fundraising tools of plans, renderings, and narrative and served as the basis for design for the next phase of expansion and construction.
